WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

 

All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 2 - 3 business days.
Most orders ship within 7-14 business days after receipt of payment.  Please reach out BEFORE ordering if you have a special request or a rush order to see if we are able to accomodate you.

Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled. Orders are typically processed 1 hour after submission.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address.
EmilyandAria.com can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid.
These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.

EmilyandAria.com will not be held responsible for customs taxes.

 

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?

Where noted on product pages, some items are in stock and available for swift delivery in 4-7 days, otherwise, every product will arrive within 21 days of processing due to production time.

 

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Your items are handmade with love in the USA!

 

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.

 

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

We are only able to ship within the United States at this time, with the exception of APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

WHY DON'T I SEE THE SAME DEAL ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT I SEE ADVERTISED ON FACEBOOK?

Even after we stop our Facebook advertisements, those posts are still shared and liked by our fans. We can't stop this since it's the way Facebook works. 

 

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE YOUR "COMPARED TO" PRICES?

We get these prices from our wholesalers or from competitor analysis.
