Shipping and Returns

1. IF YOU REQUIRE A RETURN, REFUND, OR WARRANTY CLAIM, PLEASE START BY WRITING US HERE Support@EmilyandAria.com
2. We will send you an email. That email will allow you to upload photos, an explanation, and anything else necessary to resolve whatever issue you may have.
3. We will communicate with you through that email.
Please, don't take advantage of small businesses. Small business is the backbone of our country.
Thank you for your purchase, your trust, and your honesty... now, our attorney wants us to include formal language below :)
RETURNS and REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If your product is damaged or has any issues, we will send you a replacement! We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for replacement/return. If approved we will ask you to send the product back to us. Once received we will send you a brand new product at no cost to you.
Returns for any other reason may be accepted on a case by case basis by contacting us at Support@EmilyandAria.com. If a return is accepted a 20% restocking fee will apply. This fee will be subtracted from your refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please include in the return box your order number and the reason for the return so that the return can be properly applied to your account.
